Ako kulang ko na lang is the required $1000 spending to be fully GAP certified. I did pass the test last Nov but I still haven’t finished with the $1k requirement.

In fact, I haven’t even started with the $1k (hehehe).

Chimeron, thanks! I’m not sure. I know of people who have taken and passed the exam as early as last year like Noel and Jenny but they haven’t met the minimum ad spend requirements yet. I hope I am :) maybe Aileen Apolo can validate that. But I’m sure there are some Filipinos in the US who have met the GAP certification requirements early on. I’m just happy to have it on this blog’s sidebar :)

Noel, naku simulan mo na yang $1k kahit padahan dahan lang…my mistake was I procrastinated too much. The certification should help lalo na dito, some clients get crazy about certifications.

Janette, for starters, the time limit was just about right. I had about 20 questions more to answer and about 10 tagged for review and just 15 minutes to do all 30 :)

The last big exam I remember taking was 7 years ago. And I haven’t taken an online exam ever, so these were all new: the ubiquitous clock that reminds me of the time piece on a time bomb, forward or backard movement between pages, crazy PLDT myDSL taking 2 minutes to load some pages, etc.

I already asked Wilson for confirmation on that before since he has the button on his blog but it isn’t linking to his profile page on adwords.google.com.

Congrats on your certification. I’m looking forward to applying for it myself, which I should be able to do after next month. The spending requirements are actually pretty attainable.
