But we already know that. I used to tackle the issue from a SEM/monetization standpoint, but according to Andy Hagans, there are simpler reasons to avoid the blog bandwagon:
- Writing is not one of your USPs - you can’t write, e.g. bad grammar, zero creativity. Maybe a photoblog would be better eh?
- Writing well does not add value to your core service - programmers program, designers design. Would you judge a programmer by the creativity of his blog posts or the creativity of his code?
