PPC for Link Building

SEO

They say you have milliseconds to make a pitch.

Before you hit the back button, please take a few seconds to read this post. It could change my life :)

Ever tried publishing an article? How about the “controversy as linkbait” tactic from Nick Wilson? I tried all those before, didn’t work: zero backlinks, zero subscriptions.

So call me desperate. The other route I’m testing now is PPC, AdWords to be exact. It’s a bit more expensive than controversy, but who knows, it may prove to be more successful. I get to target a specific audience (SEOs) and leverage on something they’re currently interested in (V7ndotcom elursrebmem). It’s the perfect niche targeting tool. Now all I have to do is work on my landing page skills :P

What do I expect to get out of this?

If I get some comments other than the ones I get from my mom and my Wednesday night beer buddies, that’s good enough ROI for me. Comments from V7ndotcom elursrebmem contestants are ok, but please be more subtle with the comment spam ;)

If you really want to help another SEO brotha out (and I won’t take it against you if you don’t), please consider browsing then bookmarking my site.
