- Projected unique user sessions increase of 20% for each succeeding year.
- Traffic, as measured in number of visits
- Average of 30,000 visits per month.
- Projected number of visits increase of 20% for each succeeding year.
- Conversion rate, as measured in number of member signups
- Average of 1,000 new subscribers per month starting January 2005.
- Projected conversion rate increase of 20% for each succeeding year.
- Revenue of PhP20,000 per month starting July 2005. Projected increase in website revenue of 9% for each succeeding year.
Keys to Success
- We must retain the customers. The website has to be easy to use and quickly viewable. Content should be fresh and relevant. User satisfaction is the ultimate priority.
- The project will succeed if it can capitalize on the traffic that 100SexiestPinays.com produces, and turn the user sessions into advertising dollars.
- The project should further establish 100SexiestPinay.com as a technology leader, not only returning traffic but actually bringing in new traffic.

You’re promoting SEX in the Philippines and to the whole world!!! Poor Filipino women….. Why don’t you promote our country as a tourist destination rather than “The Sex Capital of the World”. And for that matter, you’re exposing women like they’re pimps and whores!!!

Hey Marc,
Interesting concept. Let me just add a few observations from a softporn-veteran surfer such as myself :)
1. The site will be showing pictures of sexy pinays, as the name suggests, and not porn, nor sex.
2. Your models will make or break the site. There should be strict “quality” control :)
3. Some prefer pictures of sexy women (caseycam.com), although some would still prefer freely available, widely distributed porn.
4. Magazine sites such as FHM.com have really nice articles other than a gallery of images.
5. Consider pushing content into your visitors’ mailboxes. Teaser images and catchy articles will do the trick.
6. Consider pushing contents into other portals. Publish your models of the month/week to other sites such as yehey.com.
7. Include a forum where visitors can interact / “flirt” with models.
8. Instead of making the visitors vote for their top x models, consider getting the statistics of unique user clicks for each model. The model with the most clicks should top the list.
9. Consider including videos in your content. Again, ala-caseycam.com.
10. Give the models their own blogs and space in the site. Everybody would love to read what’s on their mind :)

This proposal makes complete business sense. If the site will feature more articles and forums - it should aim to be the definitive ladder match site for the who’s who in the 100. If registration is free and you got exclusive photos! Marc, I think what will contribute to this site’s success is press releases on the published media - when one girl is knocked out of the 100 when users rate them. If you got more statistics for members it may eat up bandwidth but i think it will be unique to define sexy in so many ways.
Sexy pinays doesn’t have to be PORNish
It has to be of high quality, it has to be fashionable and sexy but i think its a bad idea to make it softcore. Beauty can be celebrated in creative ways that are not distasteful. So to the detractors sorry but i think its a good idea … Good luck marc!

What is sexy? for the one-dimensional—sexy can just mean XXX stuff. but if we want to be multi-dimensional—-sexy can mean more than XXX stuff…if you can approach it in a new way like that than this idea about 100sexiestpinays can be even better!! if “sexiest” can go be more than just about most s-e-x-y (and hey, everybody else does it that way—it’s so c-o-m-m-o-n, ano?) ….means: most magnetic, cool, smart, savvy, attractive i-wanna-know-her, i-wanna-be-her-friend and/or i-wanna-be-like-her kind of pinays… than this kind of site can have a surprising and fresh angle different from all of those common sites that only think that they are so kewl but really are just like all the rest…. good luck with this one, Marc! more power to your ideas…
